Job Overview – Senior Finance Associate (Private Equity) :
Step into a key role with our client as a Senior Finance Associate in Stamford, CT. This hybrid position focuses on overseeing fund operations, financial reporting, and investor relations while ensuring compliance and supporting the firm’s private equity operations. This role offers significant exposure to fund management and interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation : $130,000 - $150,000 / year bonus
Location : Stamford, CT
Schedule : Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Senior Finance Associate :
- Fund Accounting Oversight : Coordinate with fund administrators to review accounting records, including reconciliations, allocations, and expense accruals.
- Audit Management : Review year-end financial statements and oversee timely fund audit completion.
- Cash Management : Manage cash distributions, capital calls, and wire processes for the funds.
- Compliance : Ensure subscription line compliance, including interest calculations and timely reporting.
- Waterfall Calculations : Review and prepare waterfall calculations and related cash distribution reports.
- Tax and Investor Support : Assist with tax provisions, investor tax reporting, and respond to ad-hoc investor requests.
