We are working with a reputable and publicly traded investment firm that is looking to bring on a Treasury Operations Associate!

DETAILS :

  • Position : Treasury Operations Associate
  • Location : Suffolk County, Ma
  • Schedule : Hybrid, 4 days in-office
  • Compensation : $100K - $130K 20% Bonus Equity

REQUIRED TO APPLY :

  • BS of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-8 years of experience in Investment Operations or Treasury Department within the alternative investment space
  • Ability to get into the office 4 days / week

    • JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Prepare wire transfers for deal closing transactions.
  • Support cash management for the firms Private Market Funds and open-end funds.
  • Manage fund-level and holding company wire details.
  • Monitor and ensure timely loan payments.
  • Collaborate proactively with Finance, Investment Teams, Tax, Operations, and Senior Leadership.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and coordinate with them.
  • Reconcile bank statements for Funds and Holding Companies, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the deal closing process, including FX settlements, expense payments, and transaction fees.
  • Support audit activities and ensure compliance with SOX.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
  • Provide general support to the Treasury team.
  • Help standardize and streamline processes.
