Title: VP/Director Credit Reporting
Responsibilities:
- Focus on recurring and ad hoc performance reporting requests for the Credit funds.
- Assist in preparation of investor reporting (fundraising materials, quarterly transparency and SOI reports, investor presentations, ad hoc requests from investors and senior stakeholders).
- Work closely with the Investor Relations team to compile requests for existing/prospective investors (DDQ’s, current/prospective investor meetings, portfolio databases, and other ad hoc requests).
- Perform analyses on fund performance, including working with the investment, valuation and accounting teams to assist with fund strategy and portfolio management initiatives.
- Streamline performance reporting processes using technology solutions such as Power BI. Participate in technology initiatives.
- Perform industry benchmarking, maintain comparative analyses (peer benchmarking, public market equivalent analysis, etc.) and be prepared to discuss findings with senior stakeholders.
- Proactively manage any new requirements of SEC marketing rule to ensure firm compliance on investor deliverables.
- Work with business leadership in analyzing investment results and assessing against target returns, with a keen understanding of impact on fund-level performance.
- Assist with preparation and/or review of regulatory reporting deliverables.
- Preparation of analyses on capital deployment and realization pace used to identify the impact of investment activity as well as opportunities to influence decision making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited university.
- 8-12 years of accounting/finance experience with a primary focus in performance reporting for credit funds.
- Strong understanding of credit investments.
