What You'll Do
- Sell the magic of The Lincoln & Batson River, connecting guests with the perfect venue, whether it's a stylish stay at The Lincoln or a celebration fueled by Batson’s craft cocktails and elevated menus.
- Curate experiences across the Atlantic portfolio, fielding inquiries for our collection of stunning Maine properties and seamlessly handing off confirmed bookings to the right teams.
- Build lasting relationships, developing a network of event planners, corporate partners, and local businesses to drive event sales year-round.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event sales at The Lincoln, ensuring seamless communication from inquiry through execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams, translating Atlantic Hospitality’s storytelling into irresistible event offerings that align with our brand pillars.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, driving revenue through proactive outreach, strategic partnerships, and creative sales tactics.

Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of sales experience in Hotel and F&B enviornment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and events at once.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, event management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed for client meetings and site visits.
- Passion for storytelling, guest experience, and high-touch hospitality.
