Atlantic Management Resources has partnered with a boutique Law Firm that specializes in Elder and Estate Planning to locate a Paralegal.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or new candidate with a passion for helping families and enjoys building lasting relationships with each client.

Estate Planning & Elder Law Paralegal-Responsibilities :

  • Provide a Transformational Experience and Lasting First Impression for Clients and Friends of the

Firm On the Phone and In Person

  • Review and organize estate planning documents
  • Assist with estate administration of Wills and Trusts
  • Conduct witnessing and notarizing the execution of our clients’ legal documents
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

    • Estate Planning & Elder Law Paralegal- Qualifications :

  • 0-3 years experience
  • Some estate administration experience a plus
  • Will train if no law firm experience
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred

    • Estate Planning & Elder Law Paralegal-  Salary

  • Base Salary : $40K - $50K depending on experience

    • Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
