AMI is seeking a Technical Aide to join the CT team in the Egg Harbor Township office location! This is a great opportunity to join a growing outpatient Radiology practice and work alongside our exceptional team.

The Technical Aide is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Prepares charts and registers patients;
- Takes patient history and processes paperwork;
- Monitors the patient in the clinical area when the technologist is elsewhere;
- Assists the technologist with patient care;
- Greeting patients and escorting patients to the changing area, providing gown instructions;
- Assists patients with wheelchairs and dressing as needed; and
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This full time position is based in the Egg Harbor Township, NJ office location. The work schedule includes Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must be a High School Graduate or a GED recipient; some college coursework preferred. American Heart Assocation (AHA) or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and must be obtained prior to start in this position. Strong computer skills and experience with standard office equipment is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent organizational skills, has well developed customer service skills and maintains patient privacy at all times. Candidates must maintain attention to detail in all aspects of their work at all times. Previous radiology practice experience a plus. Candidates should be flexible to work varying shift times and travel to other office locations if needed.
