Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Affordable Training Support Specialist to join our Learning and Engagement team in Boca Raton, FL!
The Affordable Training Specialist is responsible for identifying and monitoring the company's training needs, specifically for affordable housing systems and operations. This role includes designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs for systems, compliance, and operational procedures to meet the needs of the company's affordable housing division. The Affordable Training Specialist will contribute to the company's success by onboarding new hires, providing ongoing support, and creating training materials that ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- 3 years of hands-on regulatory compliance experience with Project Based Section 8 HUD, LIHTC required for this position.
