Seeking highly motivated, high energy, detail oriented Clerical Assistant/ Receptionist who possesses an excellent skill set for a fast paced, multi-tasking, diverse multi entity work environment. Experience in Microsoft office Suite, scheduling and excel. Ability to answer multi-line phone system, scanning, logging documents, filing, and other general clerical duties. Must like dogs as we are a dog friendly company.
Must have : held at least 1 full time position in the most recent 3 years. Will need to have the ability to take direction; be error free or minimal errors as it relates to data entry. This position will require independent work and attention to detail. You must have excellent communication skills and attendance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
