Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
- Utilize Internal Systems to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular updates to management on account status, sales forecasts, and potential challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar sales role, preferably in manufacturing sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent leadership abilities to inspire team collaboration and drive results.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Company Required.
- Understanding of a new part approval process required (PPAP)
- Knowledge of the manufacturing of injected plastics an rubber preferred.
