Sterling Lighting is a small business specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of outdoor lighting fixtures and accessories used in landscape and architectural lighting designs. Mission / Purpose : An account manager's focus is on account development, customer care, and lead conversion. Account managers are responsible for monitoring and improving an account's YOY growth and converting leads. In order to achieve this we use consistent and scheduled contacts with all accounts managed through our CRM which requires detailed database entry, daily outbound phone call tasks, emails, handwritten notes, and continued interactions with leads and customers.
Requirements
OUTCOMES :
- Complete all initial training and continual personal development.
- YOY Individual Account growth.
- Completion of all Follow Up sequences, including phone calls, emails, etc.
- Complete and accurate data entry
- Implementation of scripts and proper closing techniques
- Managing and maintaining the daily requirements of our Diagramming & Rendering program customer communications
- Maintaining positive and helpful dialogue with customers and leads resulting in positive customer service reviews
