Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall employee experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support for accounts payable processes.
- Support technical accounting tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to accrual accounting principles.
- Process bi-weekly payroll.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field is highly desirable.
- knowledge of financial concepts and accounts payable. Experience with collections is desired.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paychex is desired.
