Job Description
Atlantic Risk Management, Inc, a successful Allstate Insurance Agency in Delray Beach, Florida, is looking for a friendly, dedicated professional to join our amazing team as a Full-Time Licensed Sales Producer. We have an exciting new competitive auto product getting you to the yes.
You must be in the office 3 days per week. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients receive everything they need while offering additional beneficial products. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career. Candidates will start at a base salary of $31,000 and you can expect to make an additional $20,000 in commissions during your first year after meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Generating insurance quotes.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Current FL 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license requred.
Previous insurance sales selling auto insurance.
Team Player.
Excellent oral, written and telephone skills.
Discipline to work from home and meet sales goals.
