What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting/Payroll Administrator position at Atlantic Roofing Corp.?
Accounting/Payroll Administrator to work full time in various areas of the accounting department. This position will be responsible for the preparation and entry of data for a weekly payroll including ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, computing wages, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Must ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
In addition, responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance to the accounting department including calculating weekly travel expenses as well as tasks such as creating A/R invoices, coding documents, entering A/P invoices into Q-Books, and checking invoice statements.
This position requires the ability to multitask, have a strong numerical aptitude, be detail oriented, have an excellent grasp of English grammar, and work well with others. Experience with Q-Books, Word, and Excel is required.

Reporting to the controler, you will utilize your core skills in accounting and payroll to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
