Atlantic Shores Christian School (ASCS) is seeking to fill the position of Advanced Mathematics Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.
The position requires that the teacher instruct the following classes :
- Honors Precalculus (High School Course)
- Dual Enrollment (DE) Statistics
- DE Calculus
- DE MLA (Math for the Liberal Arts)
ASCS partners with John Brown University and Regent University to offer our DE classes. Our DE teachers serve as “adjunct professors”, literally teaching college-level material in person. This unique approach requires that the instructors have a Master’s degree in their subject matter. The requirements to serve as a DE teacher at ASCS are :
A teaching certificate is not required for employment but will be required for continued employment upon hiring. ASCS will assist with this requirement.
Compensation for the position is $45-50,000 per year based on credentials and experience. Benefits included 401K, paid PTO, health insurance, and tuition discounts for children.
