As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will lead the assisted living dining room team and ensure that our residents have a high-quality dining experience.
Earn a competitive hourly rate between $16.00 and $19.20 based on years of experience.
Additional compensation includes:
- Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually

Position Summary: The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and friendly service to our residents in accordance with our standards of practice. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager of Healthcare.
- Coordinates with healthcare team regarding resident care through nutrition interventions and improving social interaction.
- Provides supervision of staff, ensures the overall operation of the dining room, and assists in the daily closing of the kitchen.
- Maintains a high standard of sanitation in the kitchen, side stations, dining room, and bar by supervising workflow and cleaning schedules.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years Lead Server/Trainer experience within fine restaurant, club, hotel, or similar institution. Healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills to a diverse group.
- Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer, or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understand requests.
- Ability to communicate with, understand, empathize with, work with, and be tolerant of residents, families, visitors, peers, supervisors, and subordinates.
- State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card required.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Teams, Outlook) and the ability to learn new applications.
