Position: Dining Room Supervisor
As our Dining Room Supervisor, you will oversee the overall service and operations of WCCB Dining Venues. Reporting to the Director of Dining Services, you will ensure our dining areas run smoothly according to our high standards and policies. You will lead and empower our service teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.

- Supervise team members
- Manage staffing levels
- Train and evaluate performance
- Maintain health and sanitation standards
- Address resident feedback
- Foster positive relationships within the community
What You'll Need to Be Successful:

- ServSafe certification (or willingness to become certified within the first year)
