Our specialties include commercial asphalt maintenance and repair, concrete installation and replacement, and new construction services.
We are currently looking for a Production Coordinator for our Fort Myers, FL location.
The Production Coordinator performs a variety of tasks to support and communicate between the Production and Sales Departments. Some responsibilities will include:
- Schedules all jobs/projects so that they are completed in the most efficient manner and expedites punch list to close out jobs
- Prepares daily progress reports.
- Updates calendar with daily icons and progress report notes.
- Plans and organizes crew schedules.
- Entering daily material and equipment costs for all branches.
- Tracking field OT hours weekly.
- Barricade ordering and invoices.
- Update on completed jobs.
- Schedule dates with subcontractors and follows upon completion.
- Help with the equipment maintenance and fleet list.
- Support and assist Project Managers with project completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience
- At least two year so experience working in the Construction industry
