Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Sunrise, FL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from start to finish—ensuring each one is completed on time, within scope, and on budget. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee construction projects from planning through completion
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Create and manage project schedules for vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor daily job progress, maintain accurate records, and report updates
- Review work orders, contracts, and proposals to ensure scope alignment
- Track project financials and maintain budget compliance
- Manage punch list execution and final inspections
- Conduct job site visits and collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and superintendents
- Ensure all work meets city, state, ADA, and technical requirements
- Maintain a high standard of quality control across all projects
- Host post-project walkthroughs and resolve any outstanding issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or supervision (required)
- High School Diploma required; degree in a construction-related field is a plus
- Knowledge of asphalt paving, concrete, sealcoating, and striping
- Familiarity with ADA design guidelines and code compliance (strongly preferred)
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
