Atlantic Surgery Center at Union, previously known as Union Surgery Center, is a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgical Center, located in Union, NJ. Our facility provides services to adult and pediatric patients. Specialties include GI, podiatry, ENT, pain management, GYN, plastic, and urology.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participates in all departmental meetings for compliance, QA/QI, fire and evacuation drills, and all other committees developed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage
- Participate in the hiring, training, and development of nursing staff
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities related to the operations of the center, as needed

Hours:
- 5 shifts per week, hours vary depending on operating schedule
- Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday
- No Holidays, No Weekends, No Call
Requirements:
- Previous experience in nursing management (minimum 1-2 years)
- Current New Jersey Nursing (RN) License
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Knowledge of AAAHC, NJDOH and CMS standards and regulations
- Previous nursing experience in any or all of the following care areas: ASC, Pre-op, Post-op/PACU, Operating Room
Preferred Skills:
- PALS Certification
