Dispatcher / Administrative Support – Fast-Paced, High-Growth Office

We don’t require scheduling experience – we can train the right person. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and communicate effectively. If you’re tech-savvy, self-sufficient, and ready to take on a challenge, this role is for you.

Construction sweeping
Milling & paving sweeping
Pressure washing
Dump truck services
Snow removal
NEW! Asphalt & concrete repair services

What You’ll Do

Manage & Coordinate: Dispatch drivers and schedule jobs efficiently.
Communicate: Work closely with drivers, clients, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Problem-Solve: Adapt to last-minute changes and keep things running without a hitch.
Stay Organized: Track job progress, maintain records, and update databases.
Use Technology: Work with multiple software applications to manage workflow.
Support the Office: Handle calls, assist with administrative tasks, and keep things running smoothly.

What You Bring

A quick learning mindset – we can teach scheduling, but you must be adaptable.
Tech-savviness – comfortable using different software and applications.
Strong communication skills – able to work with a variety of personalities.
Thick skin & confidence – you’ll be dealing with drivers and construction clients.
Excellent organizational skills – able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Self-sufficiency & initiative – you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred – helps in coordinating with our team.
Valid driver’s license & ability to pass pre-employment screening.
