Summary
As the HR and Payroll Administrator at Atlantic Training, you will be an essential part of the team. This role will handle payroll, Quickbooks and any other accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes using ADP to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Manage Quickbooks Online including but not limited to company budget and forecast.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll management or human resources administration.
- Familiarity with ADP or similar payroll software is essential.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles such as debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience with financial software is a plus.
