Role Summary

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintain cash handling expertise, and balance daily totals.
- Develop referral opportunities to support branch sales objectives.
- Evaluate compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies, including Atlantic Union Bank's BSA/AML Policy and Procedures.
- Identify and escalate potential risks through proper channels.
- Enhance knowledge of bank products, services, and other business lines to better serve customers and meet their needs.
- Stay current on digital banking channels and adapt to changing technologies.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior cash handling experience is beneficial, while customer service experience is essential.
- Superior customer service skills, with effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, focusing on clarity and professionalism.
- Sound business judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Computer proficiency and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
