This position plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while performing essential transactional tasks and contributing to branch revenue objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service
- Execute routine customer and cash transactions
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances
- Identify opportunities to enhance branch performance
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations governing banking operations, including Atlantic Union Bank's BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
- Recognize potential risks and escalate concerns properly
- Develop expertise in bank products and services, including other lines of business
- Maintain flexibility in adapting to evolving digital channels
- Perform other duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in cash handling and customer service desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to make sound judgments and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to change
- May require prolonged periods of standing and lifting objects up to 30 pounds
- Travel to branches may be required based on business needs
