Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Asbury Park, NJ for an Outside Sales Representative and an Inside Sales Position. The sales representatives will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, building relationships, providing excellent customer service, communication, and developing new business.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual to be the face of our Asbury Park showroom. You'll work closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and builders to guide them through our product offerings and help bring their visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Provide product knowledge and design consultations
- Prepare quotes and manage orders from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors and project managers to ensure smooth delivery and installation
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, organized, and customer-focused
- Experience with high-end building products preferred
- Prior knowledge of Marvin Windows & Doors is a big plus
- Strong communication and computer skills
Territory: Southern NJ (Point Pleasant Beach and South)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced outside sales professional to develop new business and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers. You’ll represent premium products and work on both custom residential and select commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct on-site visits and project consultations
- Provide quotes, proposals, and technical support to clients
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the building and design industries
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success in outside sales, preferably in building materials or fenestration
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-driven
- Experience with Marvin Windows is highly desirable
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications is a must
