Essential Skills: SNOW BSA JDServiceNow Business System Analyst to enhance or establish a professional network with managers and senior managers, Business Users, regionally & globally Coordinate communication between various departments to ensure awareness and approval for releases, enhancement, defects and any other changes that impact In Service Now Expertise working in Service Now Integrations like eBonding, Autocut etc.; Experience with APIs and data mapping rulesEssential -ensure it remains consistent with the ITSM strategy, SDLC process and ensure coordination with all other IT processesAssist and Manage communications with the team (Offshore and Onsite), as well as stakeholders and business and IT managementAssist with Implementing and facilitating change management within assigned projectsDefine IT Services and develop processes to manage, protect and measure the ServiceNow ServiceUnit Testing business solutions based on business requirementsInvolve Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance of ServiceNow to technical, process, and business groupsShould able to participate in Technical workshop with clients /multiple cross vendors/stakeholders to finalize the design solutionsSupport the release manager for the execution of the master implementation plan per standard implementation methodologiesProvides cost effective and timely on-boarding for Clients/users to our ITSM systemsPlan and design effective end-to-end service management solutions that drive business value across complex and heterogeneous environmentsProvides input on processes, procedures, or new approachesWorks across various developers to ensure the best solution is implemented and that timely implementation is achievedWorks across various testers to ensure all test cases are covered and quality delivery is achievedAssist with Process definition and documentation.Role and Responsibilities Role: BSAResponsibilities:? Confer with clients/users to identify, analyze and document requirements.? Analyze information business systems to identify OFI.? Create Story and write detail acceptance criteria.? Create data mapping documents for integrations and able to do status reporting.? Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery.? Conduct business and technical studies to design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions.? Unit Testing and drive UATPlease list 5 mandatory ?MUST HAVE? skills and experience for this requirement. Please include skills related to technical as well as domain and non-technical skills and experience as applicable to the position.? Good Knowledge in Service Now & CMDB Discovery? Good Communication and Writing Skill? Well-versed with documentation (MS office Suite)? Well-versed with Agile Methodology? ITSM
