In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to :
Conduct HUMINT Collection Management.
Collaborate with interagency partners and multidisciplinary teams.
Utilize advanced analytical tools to support ongoing mission requirements.
Produce high-quality intelligence products and briefings that make a direct impact on operational success.
Requirements
Active TS / SCI Clearance
8 years of recent HUMINT Collection / Analytical experience, with at least 4 years focused on HUMINT / intelligence analysis at the operational level or higher within DoD or equivalent government agencies.
Knowledge of the HUMINT Collection and Reporting Cycle, Overt Source Assessments (OSA), Asset Validation (AV), and conducting Source Reliability.
A deep understanding of the intelligence community, and ideally, you’ve held one of the following roles :
Former Army MOS : 35F, 350F, 18 Series, 35D, 34M,
USMC : 0205 Master Analyst, 0211 CI / HUMINT Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst
U.S. Navy : Navy Intelligence Specialist
USAF : 14NX Intelligence Officer, 1N1XX Operations Intelligence, 1N771 HUMINT Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst
Or an equivalent DoD Joint Service or Service specialty code
Bachelor's degree OR 8 more years of specialized DoD training preferred
Willing to relocate (if needed) to the Wright-Patterson AFB area in Dayton, OH
Highly Desired Skills :
Certified Collection Manager Professional (CCMP)
Completed one or more of the following courses or equivalents :
Collection Management Basic Course (CMBC)
Collection Management Intermediate Course (CMIC)
Intelligence Collection Management Course (ICMC)
Defense HUMINT Collection Management Course (DHCMC)
Defense Strategic Debriefer Course (DSDC)
Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting course (JCHATC)
Strong proficiency with intelligence-related automation tools and standard computer applications
Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
Excellent briefing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
