About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Hold an Indiana State Licence or have the ability to obtain one
• You bring at least 4 years of experience in general practice or surgery
• Leadership experience is a plus, but most importantly, you are dedicated to fostering a united and progressive culture
• Committed to practicing high clinical standards and delivering compassionate care
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, energy, and enthusiasm for mentorship
