About You:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Hold an Indiana State Licence or have the ability to obtain one
- You bring at least 4 years of experience in general practice or surgery
- Leadership experience is a plus, but most importantly, you are dedicated to fostering a united and progressive culture
- Committed to practicing high clinical standards and delivering compassionate care
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, energy, and enthusiasm for mentorship
