Wage: $21 per hour

In-Office: M-F 8AM - 5PM EST

This internship will run from June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025

• The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning of tradeshows, assist with social media and email campaigns, help to develop solution strategies and content creation, and generate reports using analytics tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Aid in tradeshow planning

• Assist with social media campaigns

• Assist with email campaigns

• Help with content creation

• Work with sales and marketing to develop and present solution strategies to address customer needs

• Write press releases

• Create blogs with assistance from product experts

• Work with colleagues in setting up campaigns for Marketing in HubSpot

• Develop, create, manage and maintain email lists and distribution

• Maintain and update the marketing database by performing clean-up activities and usingto ensure data accuracy

• Track campaign performance and generate reports using analytics tools

• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Marketing and Communications Manager

The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5-10 pounds. This position requires frequent computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

This position requires 100% in office work.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Education level:

• Must be a Junior or Senior Marketing or Communications student at an accredited college or university.

Relevant Previous experience:

• No experience required

Knowledge areas/Skills:

• Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques

• Enthusiastic, detailed oriented, upbeat, very responsive, and a natural problem solver

• Ability to tackle several projects simultaneously and set and meet deadlines

• Team Player and ability to work well with others

• Familiarity with HubSpot (not required)

• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest) as well as other marketing channels (website, email, organic search, digital advertising, CRM programs, e-commerce, traditional advertising)

• Basic photography, image and video editing, graphic design

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (not required)

Other requirements:

• Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.

• Valid Driver's License a must
