Responsibilities:

• Support our digital engagement team on exciting projects in lifecycle marketing, organic and paid channels, search, social media, email, analytics, and personalization.
• Gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills by working on strategic digital initiatives and performance campaigns.
• Assist in planning, developing, and executing digital engagement tactics across channels to drive awareness, consideration, and conversions.
• Analyze performance data across channels, experiences, formats, and creative executions, for insights and optimizations
• Contribute to digital strategy campaigns and their integration with always-on owned channels.
• Additional projects will vary by channel but may include brainstorm sessions, industry trends/competitive research, workflow builds and flowcharts, data mapping, and taxonomy creation.
