The Digital Marketing Intern will complete three or four rotations within the Integrated Marketing and Communications team to assist with email, website, social media efforts, and event support. In addition to assisting with the Digital Marketing team’s day-to-day operations, the Intern will also complete a project that synthesizes and analyzes data for various marketing campaigns. This is a remote position and is paid.
This is a part-time REMOTE (work-from-home) position. The position will require a time commitment of 10-15 hours per week and will run from September 2025 - April 2026. The schedule will be flexible to accommodate school duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist with social media campaigns including search engine marketing and SEO.
- Work with Digital Marketing Coordinators to maintain ONS’s social media pages and profiles including Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Complete website edits as assigned.
- Format and send email newsletters and promotional content as assigned.
- Assist with the marketing strategy and implementation associated with events.
- Write promotional copy.
- Assistance with digital ads and media as assigned.
- Conduct data collection projects regarding emails, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Ads, and more.
- Present project findings to the marketing team at the end of the term.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms.
- Strong writing, communication, and organization skills.
- Basic knowledge of website content editing.
Education
Current college undergraduate, third or fourth year, or a graduate student that is studying marketing or communications

Pay Range
Oncology Nursing Enterprise (ONE) uses a market-based approach to pay. Pay rates are established considering the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified periodically based on market analysis.
Anticipated Pay Range: $15.00/hour
