We are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Rental Specialist to join our team. As an Equipment Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting products to achieve assigned rental and sales revenue goals, preparing presentations and 4 panel focus on customer needs and pain points. You will also conduct business and territory analysis using tools like ZoomInfo, IIR and PGA, enabling appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers. Follows the Sales Process, maintaining full control on SMART agenda and sales KPIs, such as opportunity, forecast, pipeline and win/lost analysis, hit rate, keeping SalesForce updated with quality information.
Key Responsibilities
• Promoting products to achieve assigned rental and sales revenue goals
• Conducting business and territory analysis using relevant tools
• Maintaining accurate records and updating SalesForce accordingly
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of industrial sales experience, with demonstrated success in selling industrial equipment or services. Familiarity with SalesForce/CRM, PDCA, and account management is required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related field, with business, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work effectively as a team player, and read instructions, numbers, and write legibly in English are essential.
