Position Overview
Process and Maintain Vendor and Accounts Payable transactions and corresponding General Ledger accounts.
Work Environment and Expectations
This is a full-time, hourly, office position. Remote work is not available.
Schedule is Monday – Friday
Starting pay is $23 per hour

Qualifications
Two years of Accounts Payable experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required
Ability to manage data quickly and accurately
Familiarity with general accounting systems and procedures and computer programs
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with coding and entering vendor invoices
Assist with processing weekly payment runs
Assist with coding, entering and paying manual/ out of cycle checks
Reconcile Credit Card Statements as needed
Research and answer vendor questions
Contact vendors and reconcile outstanding payments
Assist with audits as needed
Answer and Process Incoming Vendor and Customer Service Calls
Create Spreadsheets and Maneuver Data using Microsoft Excel
Other responsibilities as assigned to support specific department/business needs
Design and implement filing and reporting systems as related to position
Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks
Commitment and support for organizational initiatives
