Who are we?
As an independent utility vegetation management consulting contractor, Atlas Field Services, LLC has supported our client's vegetation management programs since 2016.
Our company consists of ISA Certified Arborists, Safety and Utility Specialists that verify and Audit tree contractor’s work for compliance with client specifications and needs.
AFS is committed to leveraging its extensive experience in construction and facilities management to provide experience with qualified staff to ensure client expectations.
About our Role :
The Field Safety Specialist will conduct site safety observations and manage client SafetyNet and ISN badge scanning, reporting, and recommendations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor the work, conduct, and record safety observations per frequency as defined in the CRESS oversight procedures.
- Assist in the development of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Assist in Safety Plan review as needed.
- Perform ISN badges to field-verify contract partner prequalification and required coworker training.

- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, the ability to multi-task and an attention to detail
- Must be able to work alone, outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain
- Must have basic computer skills and a smart phone
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive company provided vehicle required
- Bi-lingual speaking (English and Spanish) is a plus

PRE-QUALIFICATIONS
- Must pass a post-offer background and drug screening.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
