Position Overview
As a Sandwich and Hospitality Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant's service, executing perfect orders, creating positive customer interactions, and working closely with your managers to maintain exceptional service standards. Providing a red carpet treatment for our customers and upholding the Jimmy John's quality standards are the highest priorities for you. Just don't forget to have fun while doing it!

Store Operating Hours
- 4AM - 8PM
- 365 Days a year
Compensation and Benefits Package
- Wage - $15 - $17
- Does not include in-store tip pool

Job Requirements
Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check
Preferably have at 1 year of service experience, preferably in fast-paced environment in the food industry
Must be dependable
Must be coachable and have the patience to work with others.
Must be okay with a fast paced environment
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
