Atlas Free is seeking an experienced multi-system leader, manager, and organizer with experience in a changing and growing organization. The Program Director leads Atlas Free’s global programs, overseeing a Network of organizations combating sex trafficking and exploitation. This role shapes strategy, manages a $4M departmental budget, and strengthens partnerships to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Program Team, fostering a strong mission-driven, core-value centric culture that attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent.
- Build capacity among the team and Network Members through training and development.
- Develop frameworks to assess program effectiveness and improve impact measurement. Define objectives, key performance indicators, and success metrics.
- Ensure program delivery meets timelines, budgets, and organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with Network Members, donors, and key stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration between the team and Network Members to amplify impact.
- Collaborate on how to secure funding and resources for global programs. Support grant applications and donor engagement efforts, including site visits.
- Promote innovative approaches in program design and delivery.
- Stay informed on human trafficking trends and best practices, sharing insights with the Network.
- 25% domestic and international travel.
Key Qualifications
- 5 years of experience leading and building a cohesive team, and has developed clear roles, goals, and expectations for remote teams.
- Demonstrated, highly successful leadership experience managing cross-cultural teams and programs.
- Successful experience managing a substantial departmental or organizational budget.
- Strong background in policy, advocacy, and anti-trafficking efforts or closely related disciplines.
- Proven experience collaborating with, assessing and supporting a broad spectrum of programs and partners.
- Advanced degree in social work, development, law, business, or a related human services field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
