We are seeking an individual with excellent phone communication skills, as the majority of the work will involve interacting with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking across multiple computer screens. The ideal candidate usually lives within 30 minutes of Whitmore Lake.

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key liaison between customers and Atlas Home Improvement, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction. This role primarily involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, handling account-related questions, processing cancellations, and providing support for various other inquiries. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for preparing and maintaining reports and spreadsheets to track customer interactions and service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Coordination & Scheduling:
- Develop and distribute a weekly production calendar to management.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to stage jobs and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Monitor installer submissions, ensuring job completion paperwork and photos are accurate and complete.
- Upload job completion photos and submit all required paperwork for processing.
- Manage thank-you emails and maintain a monthly reporting spreadsheet.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Address customer inquiries regarding warranties, company policies, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media channels.
- Serve as the first point of contact and represent the company professionally.
Administrative Support:
- Scan, file, and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Provide general information and assistance to customers.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
