You will be the voice of our company and first impression for many customers. Although this is an entry-level position, that is only the beginning of what we have to offer. Key Responsibilities

• Order processing
• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information
• Maintains customer records by updating account information
• Answering our toll-free phone line and emailing customers/vendors
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Banking, Cashier, or Casino experience would be a plus! Relevant experience rewarded.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time
