Location: Onsite only, 601 Bloomingdale Road, Suite 200, Bloomingdale, GA 31302 USA
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics. If you have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and previous experience in warehouse logistics, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

1. Email Management:
- Read and respond to all emails daily.

2. Shipping Operations:
- Utilize Shipworks/ERP for efficient shipping processes.

3. Audits and Reporting:
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports as needed.

4. Data Entry:
- Accurate and timely data entry.

5. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate restocking.

6. Inbound/Outbound Logistics:
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments.

7. Carrier Load Scheduling:
- Schedule carrier loads efficiently.

8. Organization Skills:
- Maintain a well-organized workspace and logistics operations.

9. BOL Scans to OCR:
- Utilize technology for Bills of Lading (BOL) scans to OCR.

10. Asana Task Management:
- Utilize Asana for task management and collaboration.

11. Monthly Supply List:
- Maintain and update the monthly supply list.

Requirements:

1. Detail-Oriented:
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.

2. Verbal & Written Communication:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

3. Organization:
- Strong organizational skills.

4. Time Management:
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks.

5. Reliability:
- Must be reliable and dependable.

6. Warehouse Logistics Experience:
- Previous experience in warehouse logistics is a must.
