What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Atlas Kitchen & Bath?
Atlas Kitchen & Bath is looking for a front office administrator. Must be detail oriented, prompt and reliable, have a professional attitude and appearance/attire, and have excellent customer service skills. Candidates must be self-motivated, have good organizational and time management skills, accounting knowledge, ability to multi-task, and able to work fast-pace when required. Experience in the construction / kitchen and bath design field are preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Making appointments and scheduling
- Accounting and managing payments
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Assisting customers with kitchen and bath materials
- Obtaining knowledge of products and making sales
- Ordering merchandise for customers
- Writing invoices
Must be able to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Experience with 2020 Design software is a big plus but not required.
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
