We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Technician Lead to join our team at Atlas Machine And Supply. As a leader in our Field Service Division, you will oversee the repair and modification of industrial equipment in-house and on-site at customer locations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
- Plan and coordinate site visits and job assignments
- Ensure timely completion of projects and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering and management teams to discuss design and manufacturing requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports on equipment usage and performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- DOT certification required; must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Valid CDL License a plus
