Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with the firm's top-tier clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their financial objectives and preferences.
- Serve as personalized onboarding specialist for top clients of the firm.
- Act as the principal point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and offering customized solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Advisors and firm Principals to ensure seamless communication and execution of client directives.
2. Exemplary Service Delivery:
- Lead by example in delivering a white-glove, personalized service experience that surpasses the highest expectations of top clients.
- Guide clients through intricate account management, intricate transactions, and intricate inquiries, consistently demonstrating consummate professionalism.
- - Complete various service-related tasks including but not limited to: move money requests, beneficiary changes and updates, wire transfers, form preparation and completion, etc.
- Proactively identify opportunities for advisors to provide tailored recommendations and strategies aligned with each client's unique financial goals.
3. Client Onboarding and Education:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new high-profile clients, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in the account setup, documentation, and introduction to the firm's comprehensive suite of services.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the firm's wealth management services, investment philosophies, and financial products to effectively educate and inform clients.
4. Operational Leadership:
- Lead operational initiatives and contribute to process improvements that elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of client services within the operations team.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to facilitate the accurate and timely execution of sophisticated client transactions, intricate transfers, and intricate account adjustments.
5. Elevated Client Communication:
- Craft and deliver eloquent, tailored communications to clients, including comprehensive performance summaries, nuanced market insights, and pertinent financial updates.
6. In-Office Duties (amount of time in office subject to change depending on business needs):
- Report to and work out of the office (normally) one assigned day per week to collect and record mail, process checks, and be available for clients stopping in and dropping things off.
- Report to and work out of the office on average 4-8 full weeks per year to help facilitate in-person client meetings with advisors.
- Other in-office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related senior client-facing role.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish credibility and rapport with high-profile clients.
- Profound understanding of financial concepts, investment strategies, and intricate financial products.
- Impeccable organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to detail, adept at managing concurrent responsibilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude, reflecting poise and precision.
- Absolute discretion and the capacity to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficiency in Redtail, Microsoft Office Suite, and ClientWorks a plus.
- Experience working at LPL or an LPL firm preferred.
