We are excited to partner with a leading private equity firm seeking to expand its Accounts Payable team! There are two AP Specialist openings, offering excellent contract-to-hire opportunities for professionals looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships and process invoices efficiently
- Utilize Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and financial reporting
- Handle employee expense reports using Concur or similar expense management systems
- Assist with month-end closing and reconciliation processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Experience with Concur or other expense management systems is highly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
