Your responsibilities will include providing medical and scientific leadership to support product development and commercialization efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align key medical objectives that drive the corporate strategy forward.
- Design, maintain, and update all relevant SOPs and guidance documents within the medical affairs department.
- Manage Medical Directors and functional leads as per the organizational chart.
- Offer medical expertise, oversight, and management to various medical affairs functions and teams.
Required Qualifications:
- A medical degree (MD) is mandatory.
- At least 5-10 years of industry experience in medical affairs is required.
- Prior experience in Oncology or Urology is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
