In this critical role, you will contribute significantly to shaping the strategic direction of our client's medical affairs department. Your responsibilities will include providing medical and scientific leadership to support product development and commercialization efforts. To succeed in this position, you must possess a unique blend of clinical expertise, regulatory experience, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align key medical objectives that drive the corporate strategy forward.
- Design, maintain, and update all relevant SOPs and guidance documents within the medical affairs department.
- Manage Medical Directors and functional leads as per the organizational chart.
- Offer medical expertise, oversight, and management to various medical affairs functions and teams.
Required Qualifications:
- A medical degree (MD) is mandatory.
- At least 5-10 years of industry experience in medical affairs is required.
- Prior experience in Oncology or Urology is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
