CRM Data Steward: This role is at the heart of our operations, bridging all departments to seamlessly integrate our customer relationship management (CRM) system across the organization. With a laser focus on data integrity, system upgrades, and strategic CRM utilization, this position is pivotal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify new database entries to ensure compliance with company formatting standards.
- Develop and execute searches and queries within InterAction or similar CRM platforms.
- Identify and resolve duplicate records and data inconsistencies.
- Manage bounced emails and investigate alternative contact addresses.
- Conduct research on company mergers, name changes, and office relocations for database updates.
- Update and maintain departmental guidelines, processes, and best practices documentation.
- Manage mailing lists and create searches or reports to support targeted communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with InterAction or equivalent CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (RDB).
- Proficiency in data entry and management.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
Base and Benefits: 70-75K Base, strong benefits, 401k match, 3 days in the office
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
