Our client is a growing financial services firm in Manhattan. This is a brand new role, addition to the team, reporting into the Head of Talent.
Position Overview:
- Oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a high-touch, consultative approach to talent acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, guiding them through every stage of the hiring process, from initial intake discussions to final offer acceptance.
- Provide strategic recruiting solutions, including in-depth talent research, market insights, targeted sourcing, candidate evaluation, and advisory services to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Design and implement comprehensive staffing strategies and diversity hiring initiatives to drive equitable and effective talent acquisition.
- Work in partnership with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals, fostering a cohesive and inclusive hiring strategy.
Required Skills
- 5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
- Financial services experience is strongly preferred (professional services will also be considered)
- Must have in house recruiting experience
- Exposure to recruiting for both front office and back office roles is strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
