Our client is a law firm seeking a firm administrator.
- Oversee all administrative staff and office operations
- Ensure all equipment and office supply inventory is maintained
- Assist in planning firmwide events
- Work closely with HR to administer performance reviews for all staff members
- Undertake other duties/special projects as requested
- Manage budgets through Excel
Who you are:
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors Degree
- Must have experience managing direct reports
- Strong communication skills
Salary : $200,000 - $260,000
