- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The salary range for this role is $60,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience.
