We’re looking for a tech leader ready to step into a foundational role—owning systems, integrations, and strategy from the ground up. This is a solo contributor position for now, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments.
Industry Experience Highly Desired: Sales Coaching, Training, or Sales Automation.
What You’ll Do
- Own the tech stack: Design and manage the full CRM and automation ecosystem.
- Be a strategic partner: Collaborate directly with executive leadership to align systems with business goals.
- Lead a CRM migration: Drive the transition to a new CRM platform, integrating tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe.
- Make an immediate impact: From day one, your work will directly influence how we scale and operate.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years in CRM administration, systems integration, and reporting.
- Background in organizations focused on sales training, coaching, or sales automation.
- Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe integrations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and tools like Make.com or n8n.io.
- Able to thrive as a team of one while building scalable systems.
