Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in managing corporate governance litigation (shareholder, board disputes, etc.).
- Prepare, format, and verify legal documents with blue booking standards (pleadings, motions, discovery responses).
- Handle e-filing in state and federal courts.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
- Organize and maintain case files, including evidence and discovery materials.
- Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and deposition summaries.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
- years of experience in corporate governance litigation.
- Proficient in blue booking (drafting, editing, formatting legal documents).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
