The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
The accountant will be a key contributor in assisting with the onboarding and performing of daily and monthly accounting entries and reconciliations related to the Bank’s fintech partners. They will also assist with related tasks around financial reporting and annual audits. This position collaborates across the organization and ensures compliance with professional standards, GAAP reporting guidelines, and FDIC regulations.
Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax and other documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
